The partnership will launch later this year and will be the first international configuration utilising ReceiptHero’s direct connection to Visa and Mastercard’s payment network.

Ahead of going live with the solution, some pointOne merchants have already expressed an interest in activating their locations for sending digital receipts and they will be the first to pilot the solution ahead of general release. One of those merchants being The Perch, a Cocktail & Tapas bar based in Swansea.
Merchants activating the service will not need to pay for sending receipts to customers and will not be required to pay for updating their POS. ReceiptHero offers value-added services as an additional paid feature. For example, customers can leave feedback related to the service, food or overall atmosphere directly on the receipt. These insights can provide a merchant with actionable feedback to help them better the customer experience.
ReceiptHero makes onboarding merchants with digital receipt functionality simple by handling the full matching and delivery of customer receipts. The company became PCI DSS Level 1 in June and therefore are cleared to handle any payment-related data.
