Coming Back to Theatre: Prioritising the Audience Experience

Indigo Ltd and pointOne present this report from a piece of joint cultural audience sentiment research, looking at what the most important things will be for cultural audiences when they return to venues. 
 
The Coming Back to Theatre survey was conducted in March 2021 and gathered 4,000 responses from cultural attendees at eight venues within the UK. 
 

The report outlines the practical and technical measures organisations can put in place to ensure audiences have a brilliant first experience back at the theatre.

This report is aimed at those responsible for the audience experience including Operations Directors, Box Office Managers and Front of House teams.
