Background
Simmons Bar was founded in 2013 and is known as one of the best party bars in London. They have 26 locations throughout London including Oxford Street, Leicester Square and Kings Cross and employ over 450 people throughout London.
Simmons Bar and pointOne have been working together for over 10 years since the business was founded and over the years the relationship has grown from strength to strength.

Sean from Simmons Bar states “On a day-to-day basis it allows us to report and track all our product usage and then also feed that back into our stock taking information which is a really important control for our business.
Simmons Bar has a range of pointOne solutions throughout all 25 venues, as they’ve grown and launched new venues pointOne has ensure the software and hardware are ready to be used from day one.
The two features supplied through pointOne EPoS solutions that are important to Simmons Bar are the head office module and the best seller’s page. The head office module allows them to see an overall view of all 25 location whilst being able to report and analyse each venue and the whole portfolio. The best sellers page allows staff to simply access their top products they sell every day, quickly and efficiently.
Sean states, “We have people that we know by name that we can speak to, Mike, Brandon, and the whole team, they are all very helpful and they always do their best to try and make sure that they’re providing us with the support that we need.”

The Future
The future is looking very bright for Simmons Bar with a plan to open an additional 5-10 locations per year and a goal of expanding nationally out of London and into UK cities such as Manchester, Bristol, and Cardiff, it’s very exciting indeed. Sean states “We want to open more sites within London, and we want to be able to open sites in Cardiff, Bristol and other parts of the UK at some point in time and it would be fantastic if we can keep bringing pointOne on that journey with us”.
