We are a leader in the hospitality EPoS sector and have been delivering our in-house built solutions for over 21 years to the SME market. To deliver our next stage of expansion, we are seeking someone to join our sales team focused solely on new business in the emerging tier 2 multi-site operators and existing multi-site operators up to 50 sites.

You will need to love the sales process, love networking with the movers and shakers in our sector and have the drive to develop new sales for our company.

This is a senior sales role with fantastic career opportunities and ideally suited to someone with experience in hospitality B2B sales, preferably tech. We hire people first and firmly believe that people buy from people. We have invested in all areas of the company from operations, systems and support in readiness for our next stage of growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop a sales strategy to generate new business, UK-wide. Your new business focus is on the emerging tier 2 multi-site operators and existing multi-site operators up to 50 sites.
  • Account Nurturing
  • Online and onsite product sales meetings and product demos.
  • Attend key sector events for networking with contacts, resellers and partners.
  • Deliver presentations at key events to develop thought leadership.
  • Manage and nurture leads via Hubspot.
  • The role will see travel across the UK and into central London regularly with numerous events to attend, including some overnight.

Skills & Knowledge

  • A firm understanding of the sales process and key sales skills.
  • Professional, friendly and first-class communication skills (written and oral).
  • Highly motivated and success driven – you want to win!
  • Cold calling skills are required and not being afraid to pick up the phone is a must! If you are, then this role isn’t for you.
  • Active on LinkedIn already and an understanding of how to leverage LinkedIn and social for lead generation would be advantageous.
  • Proven track record of sales and achieving targets in our sector.
  • Proven knowledge of the hospitality tech scene is advantageous.
  • A full driving licence is required as this role is to be carried out on the road/from home.

  • A starting salary of £50k base, with OTE £100k++, uncapped.
  • We will provide a car allowance and cover all business-related travel and client/partner entertainment.
  • 23 days holiday a year with an additional day for every year of service (starting after 2 years) up to a maximum of 30 days.
