Webinar: Coming Back to Theatre

Wednesday 21st April, 11am-11.45am

Indigo Ltd and pointOne present the key findings from a piece of joint cultural audience sentiment research, looking at what the most important things will be for cultural audiences when they return to venues.

We’ll consider the practical and technical measures organisations can put in place to ensure audiences have a brilliant first experience back at the theatre and hear from industry professionals about their plans for reopening.

The Coming Back to Theatre survey was conducted in March 2021 and gathered 4,000 responses from cultural attendees at seven venues within the UK.

This webinar is aimed at those responsible for the audience experience including Operations Directors, Box Office Managers and Front of House teams.
