The Challenge​

The Kassia group were undergoing a period of growth and needed to upgrade their EPoS system to accommodate the needs of their multi-site operation. Principally they needed remote managerial access to all of their venues, sales data, stock management and accounts packages. 

From a hardware point of view, they required EPoS terminals that were fast, easy-to-use and reliable so their staff could focus their time on talking customers through their offering and providing that personal customer service and welcome that their customers expected.

From their EPoS software, they needed an intuitive system that offered intelligent upselling prompts to staff based on customers’ food and beverage orders as well as all-important allergen information.

The Solution

Based on The Kassia Group’s needs, our sales team recommended our enterprise-level EPoS solution with integrated Head Office Management reporting and Stock Control to ensure all their sites could easily link up for reporting and stock management purposes.

Even though, like other casual dining brands, the Kassia and Chandlers brands have found the current hospitality climate challenging, they still have the ambition to grow the business, as Steph Thomas explains, 

“Aside from continuing to provide high-quality products and service, we must focus now on product margins. Sadly, costs are rising and if we don’t keep up with these changes and try to achieve the best prices for our customers, the impact could be devastating for us and other small businesses.”
